1- GENERAL
Please remember that we do not encourage players to crack or violate the terms of service from Live for Speed. Our goal is to keep all invited players together in the same community, allowing them to invite other player's.
Be aware that we provide our services assisted by our community. Our services are updated by own members. Admins are only responsible to decide where and which content will be available.
2- UPDATES
We reserve the right to decide if a service will be updated, repaired, change or shutt down. These members, responsible to keep the softwares up to date may decide, by their own, to leave this community.
We reserve the right to update any service at any hour, with or without any notice. During updates, players may need to download BRCruise softwares and/or update their accounts and/or may be obligated to fill aditional information.
During downtime, no refund will be provided to paid services, such as VIP time, special access to servers or any other service.
3- RESPONSIBILITIES
Please remember that we are not responsible for any messages posted, except those from Admins and Moderators. We do not vouch for or warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any message, and are not responsible for the contents of any message.
The messages express the views of the author of the message, not necessarily the views of this website. Any user who feels that a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to contact us immediately by email or by a message on forum. We have the ability to remove objectionable messages and we will make every effort to do so, within a reasonable time frame, if we determine that removal is necessary.
4- COOKIES
Our website uses cookies to distinguish you from other users. This helps us to provide you with a personalized experience when you browse this site. In any situation your details including e-mail address, IP or any other details wont be shared.
Additionally, we provide Google Adsense for visitors in a way to monetize our content. This serve may collect data to provide to visitors the best experience for the ads. In any situation your details wont be shared to third-party companies.
5- ADSENSE
As mentioned on item 4, we provide Google Adsense for visitors. They must be treated as ads, and not as a way to help us by intentional clicks. There is no way to detect from our side who, how and where the visitor made a click. It means there is no way to give rewards to users who clicked on the Ads.
We do not encourage "help clicks", as we are not paid when an intentional click is done. Feel free to disable the ads at any time.
6- SENSITIVE CONTENT
We provide an visitor's experience on gaming servers. As a game, maybe you can face situations which are illegal in real life, such as drugs using/selling, weapons, robberies, traffic laws avoidance and so on. These situations are not real, and never must be done in real life.
We do not encourage this kind of behavior in real life. Be aware that you can be punished by your country laws if you act in this way.
7- SOFTWARES
We provide softwares "AS IT IS" to allow access to our services, as BRCruise Launcher and DCon. These softwares may collect data to identify a single computer such as hardware info, BRCruise username and password.
We DO NOT collect sensitive data such as other softwares password, e-mails registered on computer, files or any other personal content not related to BRCruise.
8- CONTENT
All content produced by BRCruise such as skins, layouts, images or any other content cannot be used in any other server, except when authorized by Admins. This authorization can be revoked at any time by the Admins. Servers, including its members, caught using BRCruise content without authorization from our Admins will be punished.
9- AGREEMENTS
You agree, through your use of this service, that you will not use this website to post any material which is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, or otherwise violative of any law.
You agree not to post any copyrighted material unless the copyright is owned by you or by this website.
You agree to share your information with Google Adsense to provide the best experience for ads.
You agree to follow the rules at any time, at any situation, even if you have paid for any service and/or did provide any financial support to BRCruise.
